About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Campaign Manager – Performance Marketing with deep expertise in the Meta platform (Facebook & Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, scalability, and efficiency of campaigns through strategic planning, hands-on execution, advanced optimization, and data-driven decision-making. You will own end-to-end campaign management and play a key role in improving ROI for high-impact global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for objectives like conversions, app installs, lead generation, and e-commerce sales.
Monitor budget pacing (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure optimal spend utilization and performance efficiency.
Build and scale high-performing funnels including prospecting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), custom conversions, and event tracking.
Develop and optimize dynamic product ads (DPA) using catalogs for e-commerce and performance campaigns.
Perform deep audience analysis and segmentation using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and interest-based targeting.
Continuously test and optimize creatives, formats, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
Work closely with creative teams to guide ad copy, formats, and visual direction for performance-focused creatives.
Analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders and clients.
Identify growth opportunities through scaling strategies and experimentation frameworks.
Guide and mentor junior campaign managers and analysts.
Stay updated with Meta platform updates, policies, and new ad features.

Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with strong expertise in Meta Ads
Proven track record of managing large budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event setup, and attribution models
Experience in dynamic ads, e-commerce performance campaigns, and ROAS optimization
Strong understanding of funnel strategy, remarketing, and audience lifecycle management
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize for performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
Experience in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment

Good to Have:
Exposure to other platforms like Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, or Linked In Ads

Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or third-party tracking platforms
Background in e-commerce, D2C, or high-scale lead generation campaigns
