Join Cayenta's Managed Services & Technical Operations team as a Technical Consultant. This full-time remote role emphasizes managing ERP/CIS systems, database solutions, and automation tools. You will collaborate closely with different departments, enhancing the reliability and effectiveness of our client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple ERP/CIS systems across cloud and on-premises

• Administer system and database, focusing on SQL Server

• Ensure high customer environment uptime through proactive maintenance

• Troubleshoot and provide ad-hoc issue resolution support

• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for service reliability

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in technical support or system administration

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Azure

• Flexibility to work weekends if necessary

• Strong analytical skills and technical acumen
