Okta IAM Analyst

Overview

Execute configurations, data analysis, and deployments related to MFA improvements, Okta hardening, and ITP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain MFA usage analytics
• Automate data collection and normalization
• Support population segmentation implementation
• Configure and deploy Okta hardening settings
• Implement changes using Terraform
• Participate in OIE migration activities
• Configure and support ITP module deployment
• Analyze results and contribute to Go / No-Go recommendation

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Okta (configuration & operations)
• Experience with Terraform / IaC
• Strong analytical skills (KPIs, reporting, dashboards)
• Experience with identity & access management (IAM)

Nice to have

• Experience with MFA optimization / security programs
• Familiarity with Okta ITP
• Experience handling multi-tenant environments
