Join Eastlink as a Bilingual Tier 1 Technical Support Representative, where you'll work in a dynamic, results-driven environment. This remote position focuses on resolving customer issues related to Internet, Cable, Mobile, and Security services.
Fluency in both French and English is essential for this customer-centric role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills while effectively managing multiple tasks. Support both residential and business users, ensuring each interaction is positive and efficient. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical issues for clients across all service lines
• Update customers on passwords and inquiries
• Keep accurate records of all interactions

Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience in technical support or service-related roles
• Call center KPIs experience is beneficial
