About The Role
Role Mission:
To execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that transform our clients’ CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
Responsibilities:
Own the technical execution of Salesforce solutions, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless, while translating the high-level architecture into a functional, production-ready system.
- Technical Prowess: Salesforce wizardry with deep understanding of ERDs, appropriate use of Formula Fields vs. Flows, and experience with complex data migrations.
- Consultant Mindset: Proactively ask why and explain the impact of validation rules or flows, such as saving a Sales Manager five hours a week.
- Agency DNA: Disciplined time-tracking, thriving in a high-velocity, multi-client environment where time is money.
- Precision-Obsessed: Double-check culture; never push a Flow to production without sandbox testing.
- 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred).
- 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy (highly preferred).
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows; historical tools like Workflows and Process Builder are outdated.
- Experience with the modern Rev Ops stack:
Lean Data, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).
Compensation includes a competitive base salary. Work Environment RequirementsRemote-first company: work from anywhere in the US; optional state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, California. Global opportunities in Canada, the UK, and Australia require established work authorization and permanent residence in those countries.
The role operates 100% virtually, collaborating primarily via Zoom and Slack. Must operate a laptop computer and related productivity tools, maintain reliable internet access, remain stationary for extended periods, interpret communications, and maintain a professional background.
