Position: Senior SAP S/4HANA Consultant (Fully Remote) - Global Enterprise Software Company (U.S Based)
We are hiring SAP S/4

HANA Consultants to join global SAP transformation programs and enterprise technology teams delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

This is an opportunity to work with leading organizations implementing, optimizing, and transforming business processes on SAP S/4

HANA while collaborating with globally distributed SAP, business, and technology teams.

What You'll Do

- Participate in SAP S/4

HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP S/4

HANA solutions.
- Configure and optimize SAP business processes within your area of expertise.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments, integrations, reports, forms, and enhancements.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployments.
- Assist with SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and SAP best practice adoption.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least one SAP S/4

HANA implementation, migration, or transformation project.
- Strong expertise in one or more SAP functional areas including SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP EWM, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP WM, SAP TM, SAP IBP, SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SAP BRIM, or SAP MDG.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and enterprise systems.
- Experience gathering business requirements and delivering functional solutions.
- Experience supporting testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

- Multiple SAP S/4

HANA implementation or rollout project experience.

- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and user experience concepts.

- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, SAP Integration Suite, or cloud-based SAP technologies.
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and reporting solutions.

- Experience with global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
- SAP certification in a relevant functional area.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
