We’re looking for a Digital Analyst to join our Mobile & Digital team at Royal London, working as part of agile squads to shape and evolve our digital solutions.
As a Digital Analyst within our Mobile Squads, you’ll help design and deliver digital-first features for our mobile app.
Working closely with Digital Managers, Digital Product Owners, UX/UI designers, engineers, testers and stakeholders across the business, you’ll play a key role in taking ideas from concept through to release, driving continuous improvement and end-to-end change across our mobile platform. Aboutthe role
- Use customer, market and business insight to identify opportunities and shape digital improvements
- Support the design and development of digital products and customer experiences that deliver clear value
- Translate ideas into clear requirements, working with stakeholders to bring propositions to life
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of changes
- Maintain and enhance existing digital propositions, ensuring they remain competitive and customer-focused
- Contribute to agile ways of working, supporting continuous improvement and iteration.
- Experience of digital delivery in an agile environment
- Experience analysing customer, market or business insight to inform digital product decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into clear, actionable recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial services or regulated environments
- Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and manage competing priorities effectively
- High attention to detail, with a proactive and innovative approach to improving products and customer outcomes
