Bilingual SEO Manager
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual SEO Manager to elevate organic performance across our national network of dental practice websites. This individual will join our Toronto team and help drive strategic SEO initiatives that improve rankings, traffic, and patient acquisition. The role will report to the Director of SEO & Web Optimization. The ideal candidate is highly technical, data‑driven, and has a strong track record of achieving business goals through SEO strategies.

InThis Role, You Will SEO Strategy & Execution
- Lead SEO initiatives across our network of practice websites—owning delivery and results.
- Partner with content, web, paid media, and practice marketing teams to execute integrated strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities through analysis of website and local listing performance.
- Monitor and report on organic KPIs using tools like GA4, GSC, and rank trackers.
- Connect SEO efforts to measurable business outcomes like lead generation.
- Use platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others for auditing and optimization.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve results.
- The ideal candidate will be fluently bilingual in French and English.
- 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, ideally managing large websites or multi‑location businesses.
- Proven ability to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Strong knowledge of on‑page, technical, and local SEO.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, and web infrastructure.
- Skilled in SEO tools (e.g., GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Comfortable analyzing data, drawing insights, and presenting findings to diverse teams.
- Self‑starter with strong collaboration, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive actionable insights.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 CAD to $115,000 CAD annually, plus a bonus of up to 15% and a competitive total rewards and benefits package. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday’s work from home.
