You will provide critical insights and solutions for the Service Now environment, collaborating with customers to enhance their operational efficiencies. This role encompasses hands-on development, technical support, and leading teams toward successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hands-on development for application customization in Service Now
• Coordinate with stakeholders on new functionality requirements
• Answer technical inquiries and assist troubleshooting efforts

Requirements:
• 4+ years in Service Now implementation and customization
• Strong background in ITIL principles and ITSM processes
