Position: Jetson Technical Service Role - Remote
Elevate customer care at Jetson as a Technical Service Representative. Provide strong remote technical support and troubleshooting for heat pump systems, ensuring a seamless experience.

This role requires an individual with a customer-first mindset and 2–4 years of experience in remote technical support or HVAC roles. You will manage end-to-end customer inquiries, utilizing smart tools to explain complex issues simply. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain service SLAs to foster customer trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a knowledgeable contact for homeowners

• Own customer issues from start to finish

• Utilize remote diagnostics for effective troubleshooting

• Create and monitor service tickets using CRM tools

• Share insights on recurring issues with teams

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar tools

• Understanding of HVAC systems preferred

• Comfortable working a Wednesday to Sunday schedule
