Position: System Administrator (Fully Remote) - Global Enterprise Software Product Company (U.S Based)
We are hiring System Administrators to join global software product companies and enterprise technology teams managing mission-critical infrastructure, cloud environments, and business-critical systems.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale technology environments while collaborating with globally distributed engineering, security, and operations teams focused on reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
Location 100% Remote
Start Date Immediate to 4 Weeks
What You'll Do Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows, Linux, and cloud-based infrastructure environments.
Manage servers, operating systems, user accounts, permissions, and enterprise applications.
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operations.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, security updates, and routine maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, network, and application-related issues.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and identity management systems.
Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and system recovery processes.
Collaborate with engineering, security, cloud, and Dev Ops teams to maintain secure and reliable environments.
Implement and maintain infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices.
Document system configurations, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical standards.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.
Required Skills 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, or Systems Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux environments.

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user administration.
Strong understanding of server administration, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and infrastructure management.
Experience troubleshooting infrastructure, application, and system performance issues.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of security best practices, patch management, and system hardening.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.
Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
Exposure to infrastructure automation and scripting using Power Shell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog, Splunk, or Solar Winds.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Experience working with containerized environments and Kubernetes is a plus.
Exposure to Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, AWS, or Azure certifications are advantageous.
