Lead Product Designer

Position: Lead Product Designer - Hybrid Role

As a key member of the Dialogue team, you will be responsible for hands-on product design, developing detailed workflows, and user journeys tailored to client needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and rapid prototyping in Figma will be essential components of your role. You will also facilitate research initiatives to validate designs, ensuring effective outcomes for diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in digital product design
