You’ll diagnose issues, restore services, lead infrastructure change, and contribute to design and improvement of the systems we rely on every day.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers to deliver and improve services.
  • Help shape ongoing development of the environment and provide input into technical design.
Our Environment

You will be working across a varied and evolving technical estate that includes Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and enterprise storage and backup platforms.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking and security fundamentals.
  • Ability to diagnose complex issues, identify root causes and implement long‑term fixes.
