About the Job: This will give you hands‑on experience working in three key areas of our business:
Centralised Services, Projects, and Technology Alignment (TAM). You'll work alongside experienced engineers and coordinators to ensure our clients' IT systems run efficiently, projects are delivered on time, and long‑term technology plans are kept up to date.

What You'll Learn

Centralised Services:

  • Managing and monitoring IT infrastructure
  • Responding to service desk tickets
  • Supporting client systems and users
  • Understanding ITSM processes and best practices

Projects:

  • Assisting with IT project planning and delivery
  • Coordinating technical resources and timelines
  • Documentation and project tracking
  • Client communication and stakeholder management

Technology Alignment (TAM):

  • Reviewing client technology roadmaps
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Understanding business needs and IT strategy
  • Supporting technology planning sessions
Key Requirements
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Based in the UK and available to work remotely

    Strong interest in technology and IT
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively
