Position: Senior ServiceNow Architect - Hybrid Role
Step into a Senior Service Now Architect role focused on enhancing Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response capabilities. Operate in a hybrid model from Oshawa, collaborating across teams to implement robust security solutions.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end design and architecture of Service Now modules tailored to risk and compliance requirements. Your strong understanding of security frameworks and ability to deliver scalable solutions will be key as you lead initiatives that enhance the organization's security posture. While focusing on continuous improvement, your guidance will shape processes for incident and vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Service Now security and risk capabilities

• Define and optimize incident response processes

• Support technical leadership during project implementations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience with Service Now modules

• Deep knowledge of security incident and risk management

• Strong skills in solution architecture and implementation
