Experience

Required:

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in leading end-to-end SAP functional projects, delivering global implementations, and managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of experience, including strong SAP project management & People Management background.
• Solid understanding of Finance, Sales, Billing/Invoicing for both inbound and outbound documents, and SAP integration concepts (ALE IDOCs, API, Middleware connections etc.).
• Experience leading multi‑module SAP projects.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira for project tracking.
• SAP or Project Management certifications.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple SAP initiatives across Finance, Sales, Billing, and Integration domains. The ideal candidate will have strong functional understanding, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience driving SAP projects end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP projects from planning through deployment, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
• Drive project plans, timelines, risks, and governance activities.
• Guide and manage cross‑functional SAP teams in a remote environment.
• Oversee interface/integration work streams and ensure smooth system interactions.
• Manage project execution and tracking using Jira.
• Provide clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders.

Preferred:

• SAP or Project Management certifications
• Experience with global or compliance‑driven SAP initiatives
• People mgmt. skills
