• Flexible working hours of 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (i.e., 37.5 hours per week).

• We are searching for a permanent Senior Data Analyst to join our Strategy and Analytics team.
• PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Data Analyst, Senior BI Analyst, Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, BI Developer, or Analytics Developer, with strong hands‑on skills in Python, SQL, and Power BI.

You are naturally analytical, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity. You enjoy solving problems without clear instructions and can work independently while staying connected to the bigger business picture. You don’t just analyze data you understand what the business is trying to achieve and translate information into something actionable.

You are also energized by innovation and emerging technologies, including AI and modern analytics tools, and you are always looking for better, smarter ways to solve problems. Most importantly, you know that insights only matter when they are understood and used so you focus on clear, simple, and impactful storytelling.
