Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Champion, based in Gurugram with opportunities for remote work. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering tailored technical sales presentations, and helping them integrate Bern AI’s solutions. The Technical Sales Champion will provide technical support, manage the sales cycle, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure exceptional client service.

Collaboration with marketing and engineering teams to drive innovative solutions for clients is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales techniques to effectively promote and sell complex AI-driven systems
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage, inform, and provide seamless client support
Experience in Technical Support to address sophisticated technical queries and resolve client issues promptly
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a hybrid work environment
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical or software-related field
A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of AI technologies and automation systems will be an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
