Salary: £39,000 - 41,000 per year
Requirements- We need experience in IT support, systems administration, or endpoint engineering.
- We need strong hands-on JAMF administration experience.
- We need proven macOS endpoint management capability.
- We need experience supporting Windows and Linux environments.
- We need knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, AWS IAM, and Google IAM.
- We need networking and infrastructure troubleshooting experience.
- We need Google Workspace administration experience.
- We need an understanding of endpoint security and IT best practice.
- It is nice to have JAMF certifications.
- It is nice to have CompTIA, Google Workspace, or AWS certifications.
- It is nice to have experience within creative, media, or production environments.
- It is nice to have exposure to CGI or 3D applications such as C4D, Maya, V‑Ray, and After Effects.
- We own and administer the JAMF platform across device lifecycle management, compliance, and user experience.
- We manage macOS deployment, enrolment, patching, and policy administration.
- We configure software deployment workflows, automation, and endpoint security controls.
- We support provisioning, onboarding, and device refresh processes.
- We monitor endpoint health, performance, and compliance.
- We partner with security tooling including JAMF Protect.
- We deliver day-to-day IT support across users, systems, and business applications.
- We act as escalation support across 1st and 2nd line requests.
- We support onboarding, inductions, and secure offboarding.
- We troubleshoot hardware, software, and collaboration platforms.
- We promote effective and secure technology usage across teams.
- We administer identity and access platforms including Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Adobe.
- We support Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- We maintain networking and infrastructure services including VPN, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, and firewalls.
- We contribute to security governance aligned to ISO 27001.
- We support monitoring, vulnerability management, and remediation initiatives.
- We develop operational automation using Bash, Python, and Power Shell.
- We maintain clear technical documentation.
- We identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

We are partnering with an established business operating across content, production, and digital delivery to recruit an experienced IT Support Specialist. This is a full‑time hybrid role, with four days in the office and one day working from home. You will take ownership of a modern internal technology environment, combining hands‑on support with broader responsibility across endpoint management, infrastructure operations, systems administration, user enablement, and security.
A major focus of the role is managing and evolving a predominantly Apple‑based device estate through JAMF, helping ensure our devices, users, and business systems remain secure, efficient, and scalable.
