Position: Customer Success Manager for Axon Technologies
Become a Customer Success Manager for Axon Technologies, focusing on fostering long-term, strategic partnerships. Embrace your technical skills and project management expertise to support key customers effectively.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between Axon and its key clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Axon’s technologies, including the Records and Productivity Suite. You’ll work directly with customers, gather insights, and influence product roadmaps while transitioning from remote work to a hybrid model based in Brandon, Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact for customer agencies

• Guide customers on Records and Productivity Suite adoption

• Configure solutions to meet client operational goals

• Support functional acceptance testing activities

• Facilitate training sessions regarding Axon solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in technical account management or related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant area

• Experience with in law enforcement or governmental sectors

• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud-based solutions

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
