Applied is in search of a skilled leader for its Digital Marketing team. This role emphasizes full-funnel paid media strategies focused on B2B markets, particularly through PPC and social platforms. Utilize your expertise to address measurement challenges while making critical investment choices to enhance MQL quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-funnel paid media strategy and budgets

• Optimize high-intent search programs in Google Ads

• Execute audience-based paid social and retargeting campaigns

• Launch awareness programs on CTV and video platforms

• Develop unified multi-funnel KPIs and dashboards
Requirements:

• 10+ years in digital marketing, 7+ in paid media

• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising

• Solid analytical skills with GA4 and Excel

• Proven ability to meet MQL and ROAS targets

• Effective cross-functional communication skills
