Position: Technical IT Support Analyst – Hybrid Role

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in IT or computer science and have 3-5 years of experience in production environments, especially in banking. Proficient use of Service Now, experience in ITIL processes, and fluency in French and English are key qualifications. The role involves incident resolution and supporting infrastructure deployments and migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alerts and resolve production incidents swiftly

• Collaborate with dedicated support teams to tackle technical issues

• Handle technical deployments and manage change migrations

• Ensure timely recording of production events

• Support infrastructure component changes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• 3-5 years in production support project, preferably in banking

• Experience with monitoring and deploying Java applications

• Knowledge of production tools like Dynatrace and Service Now

• Understanding of programming or scripting languages is a plus
