Pathway Communications seeks a dedicated candidate who excels in diagnosing and resolving issues. Key responsibilities encompass troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. The ideal individual will also handle ticket management using systems like Service Now or Jira, ensuring problems are resolved efficiently and documentation standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical issues reported by users

• Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related problems

• Log, track, and manage service desk tickets

• Provide on-site support for unsolved issues

• Educate users on best practices and create documentation

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of desktop environments

• Familiarity with Active Directory and VPNs

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently in varying shifts

• Capable of lifting equipment up to 20kg
