Platform & Enablement Data Analyst at McAfee

Location: Southwestern Ontario

Join McAfee as a Data Analyst specializing in Platform & Enablement and contribute to analyzing consumer business metrics such as bookings and retention rates. This hybrid position allows for a mix of on-site and remote work in the Waterloo or Toronto area.

You will be responsible for end-to-end analysis, using your data and coding fluency with SQL and Python. Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver actionable insights that improve decisions at the leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop analytical models for monitoring key business metrics

• Validate datasets and perform comprehensive reconciliations

• Conduct customer behavior analysis and lifecycle measurements

• Generate automated dashboards for business performance

• Partner cross-functionally for data quality assurance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in analytics or a quantitative field

• Mastery of SQL and Python; skilled in Databricks

• Experience with data validation and BI reporting tools

• Strong problem-solving and analytical translation skills

• Experience working in agile team settings
