As a senior member of our Oracle Applications support team, you will leverage your troubleshooting skills to resolve intricate issues while balancing multiple client needs. Your hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra and performance tuning will be vital in enhancing system functionality and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-level support for Oracle Applications in third-party settings

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues for clients

• Collaborate with teams to improve client service delivery

• Document issues and share knowledge with the team

• Contribute to the expansion of Oracle support coverage

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Oracle support or consulting

• Strong background with Oracle Applications and performance tuning

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate across teams and with clients

• Experience mentoring team members
