Position: Salesforce Developer - Hybrid Role
Insight Global is hiring an Intermediate Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for a hybrid role in downtown Toronto with a leading banking institution. Bring your expertise in Automation Studio and Journey Builder to enhance marketing automation strategies.

This role requires at least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will play a critical role, supporting other developers while crafting automated campaigns and managing customer journeys. Effective communication and strong analytical skills will be crucial in addressing technical challenges and engaging with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design automated email campaigns via Automation Studio

• Create multi-step journeys with Journey Builder functionality

• Employ Contact Builder for managing and mapping contact data

• Execute complex SQL queries and develop reporting post-deployment

• Provide guidance and support to junior developers

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AMPScript

• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills

• Strong communication ability for technical discussions

• Requirement to work onsite 3 times a week
