Position: IT Contract Management Hybrid Role
Join our client's team as a Senior Manager for IT Contract Management in Toronto, focusing on technology contract negotiations and vendor management. This 12-month contract offers a hybrid work model with three days onsite.

As the pivotal point for contract-related inquiries, you will utilize your skills in managing vendor agreements and contract life cycles. Strong experience in strategic sourcing and supplier governance will be essential as you analyze existing contracts and identify improvements.

Your role supports the Enterprise Platform Services in navigating vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with audit requirements, enhancing the overall effectiveness of technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and negotiate technology-related contracts and agreements

• Conduct supplier due diligence and evaluations

• Proactively handle contract renewals and compliance checks

• Analyze vendor performance through KPI reporting

• Coordinate with various teams for seamless contract execution

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in IT contracts and vendor management

• Proficient in communication with technical and non-technical teams

• Advanced analytical skills with Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Background in large enterprise settings

• Technical degree or equivalent work experience
