This full-time position focuses on maintaining ERP/CIS systems and leveraging automation tools while delivering high availability and stability for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ERP and CIS systems, both cloud-based and on-premises

• Administer databases, prioritizing SQL Server management

• Maintain customer environments through diligent monitoring

• Provide troubleshooting and regular system support

• Actively engage in on-call duties as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or administration

• Background in Microsoft SQL Server;
Azure knowledge preferred

• Willingness to work on weekends as required

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Proven communication skills tailored for technical concepts
