Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee administration of Windows/Linux and cloud systems
• Manage user security accounts from creation to deletion
• Diagnose outages to ensure swift resolutions
• Apply essential security updates and patches
• Monitor system lifecycle and report management needs
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in supporting IT infrastructure
• Understanding of Windows/Linux/Cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Azure, SCCM, or Citrix is a plus
• Proficient in customer service and documentation
• Fluent in both English and French
