About the Role
Studio APS is a performance-creative agency that scales D2C brands profitably using integrated growth systems across Meta, Google, Creative Strategy, CRO, and Retention.
We are hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer who can independently manage and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and You Tube — specifically for eCommerce/D2C brands.
This full-time remote role is ideal for someone who is analytical, structured, data-driven, and obsessed with converting clicks into profitable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads performance for 6–8 D2C brands
- Plan, launch, optimize & scale Search, Shopping, PMAX, and You Tube campaigns
- Optimize for ROAS, CAC, conversion volume & new customer rate
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience mapping
- Set up and troubleshoot GTM, GA4, Merchant Center feeds, and conversion tracking
- Improve performance by collaborating with creative & landing page teams
- Monitor daily performance and proactively diagnose drops using a structured framework
- Create clear reports & insights for internal and client-facing discussions
- Contribute to strategy calls and client meetings when required
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven ability to manage ₹5L–₹20L monthly ad spends
- Proficiency with:
- Google Ads
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Merchant Center
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion tracking
- Attribution models
- Funnel analysis
- PMax asset structure & signals
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
- Performance-first mindset with strong analytical capacity
Bonus:
- Experience handling international markets
- Prior agency experience
- Understanding of CRO and landing page best practices
