Sur Tech in Johannesburg is seeking a Support Consultant to provide first and second-line support for the Diligent One platform. In this role, you will resolve client issues, assist with platform configuration, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, 2–5 years of experience in support roles, and strong troubleshooting skills. The position is remote, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
