User Experience Designer

• End-to-End Design Ownership:
  Lead UX design across new and existing projects, from discovery to launch.
• Research & User Insights:
  Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor analyses to validate ideas and uncover needs.
• Wire framing & Prototyping:
  Craft low- to high-fidelity prototypes to communicate ideas and guide development.
• Design Systems:
  Help evolve and maintain Svayam’s design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align goals and deliver delightful experiences.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Analyze user behavior, heatmaps, and feedback to optimize flows, remove friction, and increase satisfaction.

• 2 - 4 years’ experience as a UX Designer, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design thinking and process.
• Comfortable with user research methodologies and iterative design.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – you listen as well as you present.
• Bonus points for experience designing mobile-first interfaces or working with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• A passion for solving complex problems in simple, elegant ways.
