Salary

£55,000 - £55,000 per year

• Strong IT support experience, including onboarding and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Intune, Purview, Security, Azure and Entra.
• Good working knowledge of GDPR, ITIL-aligned systems and security best practices.
• Collaborative approach to leadership and service delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex technical challenges.
• Excellent documentation, planning and client communication skills.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel and stay overnight across the UK.

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients, from initial technical assessments and site visits through to system migrations and go‑live.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex support issues and work closely with the helpdesk team to resolve challenging technical problems.
• Mentor colleagues and help ensure customers receive exceptional service.
• Manage and support cloud and on‑premise infrastructure.
• Coordinate connectivity and telephony implementations.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation.
• Work closely with clients, vendors and internal teams to drive operational improvements and strengthen security practices.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our technology services.

We are a successful IT Managed Service Provider offering a highly visible, client‑facing Senior IT Technician role based near Tunbridge Wells, with parking available. The position is hybrid, with three days a week in the office and flexibility to work from home twice a week. You will also travel to client sites across the UK, with overnight stays sometimes required and expenses paid.
