As an Implementation Consultant I, you will act as a vital link between Cority and its clients. With 1-3 years of relevant experience, you will lead software implementations, provide essential training, and maintain project timelines. Your commitment to service excellence will be key to fostering trust and maintaining robust communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve chargeable utilization of 70% or more

• Liaise with clients on projects, ensuring successful implementations

• Collaborate with diverse teams for cohesive project outcomes

• Develop and manage project implementation plans

• Participate actively in peer training initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related field

• 1-3 years experience in relevant areas, professional designations a plus

• Must have completed Essential and CIM/Agile implementations

• Bilingualism is advantageous
