Engagement Lead Remote Position

Acterys seeks an Engagement Lead with a focus on partner-driven SaaS implementations. This role allows full-time remote work in Canada and the USA while enhancing delivery quality.

As an Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting Acterys’ ecosystem. This position emphasizes managing both internal and partner-led implementations, ensuring a healthy project lifecycle. You'll develop necessary PMO processes and spearhead governance practices to maintain delivery standards and partner capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project health and delivery milestones across engagements

• Contribute to development of delivery tooling and processes

• Proactively manage customer health throughout implementations

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Support teams

• Define and track KPIs for portfolio performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in professional services or engagement management

• Deep understanding of SaaS implementation life cycles

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management

• Strong analytical capabilities for actionable insights

• Experience in managing partner-led delivery motions
