Become a critical member of the Sectigo team as a Site Reliability Engineer, focusing on critical service reliability and infrastructure management. This remote position is based in BC, Pacific time zone.
As a full-time Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll design solutions that reduce operational toil while ensuring our services are reliable.
Your role will involve maintaining automated infrastructure, monitoring systems, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to improve security measures and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed reliability targets for services
• Instantiate production infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code
• Monitor systems using centralized logging and time series databases
• Automate deployment and administration through CI/CD practices
• Foster collaboration with engineering and security teams to enhance systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years relevant experience
• 3+ years of operational experience in production environments
• Strong Linux/Unix administrative abilities
• Familiarity with Git, Ansible, and Terraform
• Scripting proficiency in Python and Bash
