IT Network Manager

Overview

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year

• We are looking for someone with experience working in a school or college environment.
• We need excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience with Microsoft infrastructure and HP networks would be highly beneficial.
• We are unable to offer sponsorship.

• We are responsible for the ownership, development, and day-to-day management of the schools technical infrastructure.
• We will ensure the delivery of secure, high-performing IT services that support teaching, learning, and the schools wider operations.
• We will report to the Director of IT.
• We will support a range of exciting projects already in deployment or in planning stages.

We are a specialist recruitment company focused on non-teaching support roles in the UK education sector. We are working exclusively with an independent day school in London to recruit an IT Network Manager to join its IT team. This is an on-site role with no hybrid or remote working. The position offers a salary of £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience, hours of 8:00am–5:00pm (4:30pm on Fridays), 28 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a generous employer pension contribution, private medical insurance at a reduced rate, advance purchase of travelcards with monthly repayment, and ongoing training and career development.

The school also expects all staff to support its safeguarding commitment and successful candidates will be subject to vetting, screening, and an enhanced DBS check.
