About
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist to join our team. This role requires a resilient individual with a strong background in developing, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign processes, optimizing paid advertising efforts, enhancing website and marketplace performance, and implementing effective SEO strategies.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to demonstrate their expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and data-driven decision-making within a remote work environment. Reporting directly to the Founder & Director, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of troubleshooting technical issues independently and thinking strategically to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C environments. Proficiency in managing various advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok, and Linked In is essential.
Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and marketplace channels including Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace is required. Candidates should have a solid grasp of SEO principles, including technical and on-page optimization, backlink acquisition, and website health monitoring through tools like Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Additionally, familiarity with content creation, copywriting, graphic design (preferably Canva and Adobe Photoshop), and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, GTM, and Facebook Pixels is necessary.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects efficiently, and demonstrate resourcefulness is highly valued.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Campaign Management: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and manage tactical execution, including setting up and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and native advertising platforms like Taboola and Outbrain. Manage paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Twitter (X), and Linked In, ensuring high performance and ROI. Continuously optimize all campaigns to meet or exceed conversion targets and ROAS benchmarks.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, perform technical audits, and optimize website content for better search engine rankings. Build high-quality backlinks through strategic outreach and manage site health using Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations: Manage Shopify storefronts, including product lifecycle, app integrations, and conversion rate optimization. Oversee brand presence and growth on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace. Ensure all product listings are optimized for search visibility and sales performance.
Email Marketing & Automation: Design and deploy email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Klaviyo, and Shopify Campaigns. Troubleshoot technical issues related to email templates, segmentation, and data hygiene to maximize engagement and conversions.
