Uptime Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior L1 Engineer to provide first-line support fully remote from South Africa. This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, managing customer tickets, and escalating complex cases to higher-tier engineers.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Service Desk roles, preferably within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace.
This position offers a salary of up to R25,000 per month plus benefits.
