As a key player in Pathway's support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a variety of technical issues. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach. You will also facilitate user education, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed while managing tickets effectively through an ITSM tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support through various communication channels

• Resolve hardware, software, and network challenges

• Track and document tickets in the service desk system

• Offer hands-on support as required for critical issues

• Create and maintain user documentation and FAQs

Requirements:

• Proficiency in desktop support and system troubleshooting

• Knowledge of ITIL practices and ticketing systems

• Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt to flexible working hours

• Physical ability to lift up to 20kg
