Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer kick-off and readiness sessions

• Document projects in Salesforce Work Orders

• Install, configure, and maintain Axon systems

• Train and support clients on various solutions

• Monitor compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in IT

• 3+ years in relevant fields like Field Services

• Experience in installing complex software and hardware

• Proficient with JIRA, Zoom, and Teams

• Strong communication skills with clients and teams
