This permanent position emphasizes facilitating customers’ successful use of the platform through streamlined onboarding and support. You will collaborate with users to understand their needs, adapt the platform accordingly, and create materials that simplify training processes, minimizing dependency on direct assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through a seamless onboarding journey

• Understand functional requirements to configure systems

• Create and update learning documentation and resources

• Promote self-service learning and efficiency

• Refine onboarding content based on user feedback

Requirements:

• Experience in training delivery for software systems

• Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking

• Natural problem-solving aptitude with clear methodology

• Ability to create focused training materials

• Experience managing sensitive documentation
