About My Client

I am currently partnering with an established and growing ERP specialist consultancy that genuinely prides itself on doing things the right way. Unlike partners that focus on rapid, cookie-cutter implementations, my client specializes in interesting, complex Business Central projects that deliver deep, measurable value to their users.

Due to a healthy and expanding pipeline, they are looking to add a solid, delivery-focused Business Central Functional Consultant to their close-knit team.

The Role

In this position, you will take ownership of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, including greenfield implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client workshops to gather requirements, design robust solutions, and confidently challenge assumptions to guide customers toward best practices.

Configure Business Central to meet complex business needs across core operational areas.

Maintain strong commercial awareness, managing project scope effectively and protecting delivery timelines.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the maximum return on their ERP investment.

What They Are Looking For

Core

Experience:

3+ years of hands-on functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).

Module Expertise:
Strong, demonstrable functional knowledge across Finance, Warehousing, and Manufacturing within Business Central.

Consulting Skillset:
Excellent communication and workshop-facilitation skills, with a proactive approach to managing scope.

Eligibility:
Must be fully authorized to work in the United Kingdom without restriction.

Preferred Backgrounds (Desirable)

My client is highly interested in candidates who bring strong industry or ecosystem context, particularly:

Prior experience working within a dedicated Dynamics Partner / Consulting organisation.

A professional background working directly within a Manufacturing or Warehousing business (either prior to or during your consulting career).
