Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Business Support Agent in Pretoria. This role focuses on providing technical support for customers using various services including wireless and fibre.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ISP/WISP environments, hands-on skills with Mikro Tik routers, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities also include fault diagnosis, customer interaction, and maintaining high service levels.
Qualifications include Grade 12 and preferably N+ and A+ certifications.
