Digital Transformation Project Manager GGC

Location: Terrebonne

Lead transformative projects with Girl Guides of Canada as the Project Manager for Digital Transformation on a one-year remote contract. Drive project delivery, manage risks, and ensure timeline adherence.

In this remote role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute digital initiatives under the guidance of the Program Manager. Your expertise in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will also handle project documentation and facilitate communication to steer projects toward successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital transformation projects across business applications

• Develop project documentation including workplans and risk logs

• Coordinate activities and track milestones for timely deliverables

• Prepare status reports for leadership detailing progress and risks

• Collaborate with teams and vendors for alignment in deliverables

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field

• 1-3 years of project management experience

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira

• PMP certification is an asset
