Position: Power BI Analytics Lead - Hybrid Role

This role emphasizes your strong background in BI, analytics, and a deep understanding of the banking domain. With 7-12+ years of experience, you will be responsible for developing complex dashboards and data models while collaborating with various teams. Your focus will be on creating data-driven strategies that enhance decision-making processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive dashboards and executive reports

• Standardize KPI frameworks and visualization templates

• Improve performance of Power BI reports and datasets

• Facilitate integration of Power BI with data sources

• Create advanced DAX measures and data transformations

Requirements:

• 7-12+ years of BI or analytics experience

• 4+ years in Power BI development

• Expertise in data modeling and SQL

• Experience working with large datasets

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
