Position: Business Data Analyst Hybrid Role
Drive data excellence as a Business Data Analyst in Oakville, Ontario. Focus on enhancing data quality and governance in a hybrid work environment.

In this role at Canadian Tire Bank, you will ensure transparent management of data assets while promoting best practices for data governance. You will assess current data environments and integrate improvements, providing support to data stakeholders through effective communication and monitoring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve data governance policies

• Identify opportunities in data processes and structures

• Oversee data quality and resolve integrity concerns

• Maintain and document data models and glossaries

• Collaborate with IT and data stakeholders for integration

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Strong PL/SQL skills within a data environment

• Familiarity with Oracle, GCP, and Hadoop technologies

• Experience in corporate data management and governance

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
