This support-focused role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the Genesys Cloud platform while addressing technical challenges. You'll implement calls and routing strategies while providing configuration assistance and training to non-technical teams. Your contributions will be critical in enhancing documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage platform performance and resolve issues

• Execute configuration changes on Genesys Cloud

• Support teams in utilizing self-service capabilities

• Coach non-technical users on platform management

• Maintain documentation for operational efficiency
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Genesys Cloud experience

• Solid understanding of contact center workflows

• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills

• Excellent communication with technical and frontline staff

• Familiarity with Conversational AI platforms preferred
