In this exciting opportunity with Dayforce, you will join the Site Reliability Engineering team to enhance our global HCM platform. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Canada or the U.S. You will be responsible for automating daily operations and ensuring the readiness of new features, fostering collaboration across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard features and conduct production readiness reviews

• Drive reliability improvements and automate tasks

• Respond to incidents and conduct thorough root cause analysis

• Develop and document runbooks for standard practices

• Build effective partnerships within Dayforce's diverse teams

Requirements:

• 2-4 years' experience in SRE or related fields

• Experience with Azure and object-oriented programming

• Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Power Shell

• Familiarity with database systems like MSSQL or Postgres

• Must pass Canadian Protected B security clearance
