Company Description  GameIQ AI is building India's first AI-powered virtual coaching and performance analysis platform for athletes, coaches, and sports academies. The company focuses on bridging the gap between grassroots talent and elite performance through advanced computer vision, AI motion analysis, and smart turf technology. Its platform delivers real-time performance analysis, AI-driven injury prediction and prevention, and virtual coaching using only a mobile camera.

GameIQ AI combines sports science, AI innovation, and wearable and turf-integrated technology to support smarter, safer, and faster athletic development from local playgrounds to global arenas. The solution is designed to empower athletes, coaches, and academies with data-backed insights to improve performance and talent development.

Role Description  The Co-Founder will play a core leadership role in shaping GameIQ AI's strategy, product roadmap, and go-to-market initiatives as part of a full-time remote position. This role involves driving business development, building partnerships with sports academies, coaches, and technology collaborators, and actively contributing to fundraising efforts. The Co-Founder will oversee market research, define and refine value propositions, and coordinate with product and technical teams to align features with user needs.

Daily responsibilities include representing the company in external meetings, communicating with stakeholders, guiding marketing and sales activities, and helping build an inclusive, high-performance culture. The role requires hands-on involvement in operations, long-term planning, and continuous improvement of the platform and business model.
Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and articulate complex ideas clearly.
Proven experience in sales, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Marketing expertise, including knowledge of digital channels, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy in technology or sports sectors.
Research capabilities to explore new markets, user needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies relevant to sports and AI.
Background in technology, sports management, entrepreneurship, or a related field; experience in AI, sports tech, or SaaS is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership in early-stage startups or ventures, with a willingness to take ownership and work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to operate effectively in a remote, distributed team, with strong self-management and decision-making skills.
